Here's a look into our process for new startups.
- Screening: Meet with us and show us what you have. We will show you what we can provide. If both parties are interested, we move forward in the process.
- Due Diligence: We put in the time to research your background and verify your concept. We also provide opportunities for you to speak with our previous clients and conduct your own research on us.
- Internal Review: We will complete our review and may present one or more options for structuring a deal that works for both parties. Our services include consulting on finance, technology, business development, and supply chain solutions.
- The deal: If you choose one of our proposals, we sign the deal and get to work.
- Ongoing Support: We stay engaged both for the duration of our deal and as trusted connections after the term expires. Once you've worked with us, we are always here to talk and advise, even long after completing our exit. To us, lasting bonds within the community are the most valuable part of this process.
